How do I download the GETPASS App?

Go to the Apple App store, Google Play store, or Huawei AppGallery and search for the GETPASS App. From there, you can download the app to your phone.

How do I register for the GETPASS App?

Open the application and choose whether to register via an email address or social media (Google, Facebook, or Apple ID). Fill in the requested fields. If you register by email, await and input the One Time Verification Code. When this process is complete, you will be registered.

How do I load points into my wallet?

You load points into your wallet by acquiring tokens in the app. On Home page, tap “Tokens” then tap “Acquire”. Select the tokens (from 20 up to 1000) you wish to acquire then checkout and pay via Gcash or Maya. The acquired tokens will load the appropriate number of points into the app’s internal wallet.

What happens if I don't have enough points in my wallet ?

If you do not have enough points in your wallet, you will not be able to ride the COMET. Riding requires sufficient points deductible from your account.

How to join an organization?

On Home page, tap “Join Org”. Type and search for the organization you want to join. Tap join and you are now a member! Take note- other organizations requires for subscription codes that are provided by the client.

How do I check the available routes?

Tap the “Ride” in the app. Look for the name of the organization you want to check. Under the org name are the routes. To check the stops, tap on the route of your choice

How do I know where the vehicles are at any given time?

Tap the “Ride” in the app. Look for the name of the organization you want to check. Under the org name are the routes. If a COMET icon is visible beside a route name, it means that there is/are COMET/s currently running. The red number indicates the number of COMETs running. Tap the COMET icon or the route name and you will see the live location of each vehicle, whether at or between stops.
A map version is also available. Tap the map icon on the lower right corner.

How do I get on and off at the COMET?

Have your QR code ready for scanning and present it at the glowing scanner onboard when you get on and get off. This ensures that the system properly logs your ride and deducts the appropriate number of points from your wallet. You will not be allowed to ride unless your QR code has been scanned.

How long will the bus wait at each stop?

Depending on the route and schedule, the bus can wait for passengers up to 5 minutes past the scheduled departure time. At all other stops, the bus will stay at each stop for up to 1 minute. This is subject to maximum waiting times allowed by traffic regulators in the respective areas.

How do I avail discounts?

Discounts are available for students, PWDs, and senior citizens. Please email your name, address, GETPASS User ID, and a copy of valid ID to customerservice@getevee.com to apply for discount.
